A head-end, beauty shot of the locomotive from the 2007 Canadian Pacific Holiday Train. The Holiday Train typically comes through town the 2nd full week of December. It starts out East and makes 3-6 stops per evening collecting food and donations for local area food shelves and the Salvation Army. They'll be in the Twin Cities on 12 December this year and I encourage everyone to stop out as it's a very worthy cause. Check their Web site for the specific dates and times. It's not often you get to see this stuff truly up close -- it's pretty awesome even if you're not into trains. I've got lots of great shots from the Holiday Train events over the past several years and I'll be posting several in the weeks leading up to Christmas. I promise it won't be all trains all the time though.

Printing Process

Prints up to 13" on the short side are handled in-house on an Epson Stylus Photo R2400 with UltraChrome K3 inks. They are hand-signed and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the best possible quality.

Prints larger than 13" on the short side are handled by a professional photo lab and personally inspected before shipping.

Matted prints (for framing) are also available, please email for more information or to request a quote. The copyright message and/or watermark on any photos that appear on this site does not appear on purchased prints or licensed images.

Color Matching

I make every effort to ensure that the print you receive matches what you see on your screen. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of color management and differences between computer monitors, subtle variances are possible. Typically the print version is of much higher quality.
